2. Scope of Services

Zelfiespot® is a physical, publicly accessible smartphone tripod designed for taking photos and videos with the user’s own device.

No app, electricity, or data storage required
The product serves as a mechanical mount
No photos are stored, processed, or transmitted

3. Conclusion of the Contract

A contract is formed by:

Offer from the provider (website, offer, email)
Acceptance by the customer (order, signed quote)

All offers are subject to change without notice unless expressly marked as binding.

4. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are subject to applicable sales tax.
Payment terms are specified individually in the quote.
In the event of late payment, the provider reserves the right to suspend services

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery will be made in accordance with the individual agreement
Installation is generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed
The customer is responsible for: proper installation and mounting, as well as a suitable substrate (e.g., concrete, wood, metal)

6. Use of the Product

The customer agrees to:

to operate the selfie spot safely and in accordance with its intended use
ensure safety at the site
Prevent damage caused by improper use

End users assume all responsibility for their use of this product.

7. Liability

The provider is liable only for damages resulting from intentional acts or gross negligence.
In particular, no liability exists for:

Use in unsuitable locations
improper installation or use
Damage caused by third parties (e.g., vandalism)
Damage to smartphones or users’ property

8. Maintenance & Operation

Zelfiespot® is designed to be virtually maintenance-free.
However, the customer is responsible for:

Compliance with local safety regulations
regular visual inspection
Ensuring stability

9. Privacy Policy

The selfie spot itself does not process any personal data.

The design and concept are protected by copyright
Use of trademarks and designs only within the agreed scope

12. Personalization

Customizations (e.g., logos, hashtags, QR codes) are made at the customer’s request.
The customer warrants that:

all content is legally permissible
no third-party rights are infringed

13. Warranty

Delivery will be made in accordance with the individual agreement
Installation is generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed
The customer is responsible for: proper installation and mounting, and a suitable substrate (e.g., concrete, wood, metal)

14. Withdrawal

Cancellation policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. Custom-made items are generally excluded from cancellation.

15. Governing Law

Italian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is—to the extent permitted—the company’s registered office.

16. Final Provisions

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
